I don't know a single person in this world who is like Charlotte.
I've met a bunch of girls and women who have tried to buy the same clothes as her, curl their hair, talk like her and I even know of someone who got brown contact lenses because they really wanted to channel their inner Charlotte.
No one is like Char ... but I think Jona Nolan is like Char.
